Young Researcher Paper Award for Marius Puke  [10.07.23]

Marius Puke from the Chair of Econometrics and Statistics (520K) receives this year's ideas & more Young Researcher Paper Award. The prize is awarded by the Faculty of Business, Economics and Social Sciences at Hohenheim University. It is donated by the company ideas & more and presented by its owner Christian Hutter, son of Hohenheim's honorary senator Claus-Peter Hutter. The Young Researcher Paper Award is intended to support young researchers in the field of economics.

The award is given for papers that have been published or accepted for publication in high-ranking national or international journals. The prize money is 1,000 Euros.

Marius Puke was awarded for his publication: "Honest calibration assessment for binary outcome predictions", T Dimitriadis, L Dümbgen, A Henzi, M Puke & J Ziegel, published in Biometrika (2023).
