The state of Baden-Württemberg is a powerhouse of the global economy. Its welfare is therefore - perhaps more than elsewhere - dependent on the proper functioning of international financial markets.
The workshop aims to bring together Ph.D. students from Baden-Württemberg and leading scholars from Germany and abroad to discuss recent phenomena and developments in the global economy as well as their implications for economic policy.
Organized by Zeno Enders (Heidelberg), Gernot Müller (Tübingen), Ralph Lütticke (Tübingen), Michael Evers (Hohenheim), and Mathias Hoffmann (Bundesbank)
This year's workshop will take place at the University of Hohenheim in Stuttgart on 12 and 13 December 2025.
