With the reformed Master's program “Economics with Data Science”, the University of Hohenheim is responding to the increasing demand for experts who can combine economic expertise with data-driven analysis methods. The program starts in the winter term 2025/26 and combines modern analytical approaches from economics with data science, machine learning and the use of artificial intelligence in research and practice - and is thus aimed at a new generation of economists who want to understand, evaluate and actively shape complex relationships based on data.

The new study concept is particularly focused on an international orientation. With English as the teaching language, the program is also attractive for international students.
