- Head of the team: Prof. Dr. Nadja Dwenger (University of Hohenheim).
- Together with co-authors, the team analyzed the extrinsic and intrinsic motivations for tax compliance in Germany with the help of a field experiment (Dwenger, Kleven, Rasul, Rincke, 2016).
- Currently there are two DFG projects in which the team is involed: on the distributional effects of forced migration and on the role of public shaming on tax compliance.
- The research interests of the team include: taxation and redistribtution, institutional aspects, and public policies.
